📋 Description

• Act as a scientific expert on prostate cancer within the assigned region • Implement the Medical Affairs product and indication plan and build and maintain scientific partnerships • Conduct proactive and reactive scientific exchanges with external clinical and research experts • Communicate in-label product data, the clinical development program, and scientific information on products and indications in development • Implement the centrally approved Medical Plan in the region and coordinate indication-specific topics • Develop strategic knowledge of treatment algorithms, scientific activities, and developments • Identify open scientific questions, data gaps, and unmet medical needs • Develop and implement medical strategies • Identify potential study sites and establish partnerships with study centers • Support the selection of study sites and investigators, as well as the setup, planning, and execution of interventional and non-interventional studies • Prepare for and participate in investigator meetings and present study results • Plan and conduct medical education activities • Scientifically represent the company at national and international congresses, investigator meetings, and medical education events • Provide organizational support for advisory board meetings • Build and expand the key opinion leader network • Engage with professional medical societies and health policy organizations • Evaluate and prepare current medical and scientific information from the literature

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in medicine, natural sciences, or pharmacy; a doctoral degree is preferred. • Sufficient scientific experience in a human medical and clinical context, preferably with experience in uro-oncology, particularly prostate cancer • Alternatively, experience as an MSL or in other medical functions is an advantage. • A hands-on mentality, resilience, and a professional demeanor in unfamiliar or challenging clinical situations are required. • Strong project management skills, experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and a collaborative mindset • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Very good written and spoken German and English • Willingness to travel and the ability to work independently within the region are required. • Experience in clinical study planning and investigator engagement • An established network within professional societies and among KOLs in uro-oncology and/or prostate cancer • Experience in medical education, advisory boards, congresses, and project management • Knowledge of the current prostate cancer treatment landscape and relevant care pathways is an advantage.
