📋 Description

• Serve as the field-based Medical Affairs representative to the external medical community • Build and maintain professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, and other external stakeholders • Exchange scientific and medical information related to BeOne’s therapeutic areas, products, and pipeline • Plan, develop, and execute Medical Affairs tactics and activities within the assigned geographic area • Collect, analyze, and communicate actionable medical insights, emerging trends, and unmet medical needs • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and other internal teams while maintaining medical independence and compliance • Deliver accurate, non-promotional scientific exchange and communicate complex scientific information to HCPs and KOLs • Respond to unsolicited medical information requests and present product, clinical, development, and publication data • Support and attend local, national, regional, and international scientific congresses and events • Identify, map, develop, and maintain engagement plans for medical experts and institutional networks • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs and cooperative groups • Propose, initiate, implement, and monitor scientific partnerships with clinical sites and hospitals • Participate in planning and execution of medical events, congresses, and advisory boards • Identify and verify investigators and clinical sites for company-sponsored clinical trials • Participate in site feasibility assessments, clinical trial site planning, onboarding, and follow-up • Serve as the primary territory liaison for Investigator Sponsored Research proposals from concept submission through publication • Provide scientific input and field-based feedback to define and support Medical Affairs strategies • Plan, organize, and chair local medical meetings • Provide scientific and medical expertise to cross-functional teams • Organize local scientific events, review scientific literature, and develop or deliver scientific training and medical updates to the Field Sales Force • Work with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a medical plan

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PhD or PharmD with a minimum of 4 years’ experience, or Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years’ experience • Proven track record in the Pharmaceutical Industry • Ideally relevant clinical, scientific and/or medical affairs experience in the relevant therapeutic area • Experience in medical affairs with previous positions in Lung Cancer and/or upper-GI Cancer • Previous work with Immunecheckpoint inhibitors is considered a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities • Deep understanding of the relevant therapeutic area landscape and local market dynamics • In-depth understanding of disease states, differential algorithms for treatment decisions, treatment guidelines, compliance standards, and local/regional regulatory requirements • Ability to identify and address unmet medical, educational and research needs within the medical community • Proven ability to translate scientific and clinical data into actionable medical insights • Clinical research experience is preferred • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage projects and/or colleagues in successful implementation of business-critical projects • Ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic and global environment • Exhibits high degree of emotional intelligence and appreciation of diversity and multiculturalism • Proven ability to drive results at a high level of quality as a strategic and creative thinker • Demonstrates ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an ever-changing environment • Strong time management and organizational skills
