📋 Description

• Conduct non-promotional scientific exchanges with medical experts • Build long-term scientific relationships with hospitals, centers, and networks • Analyze the regional therapeutic landscape and identify scientific questions and medical needs • Derive priorities for territory planning • Gather and scientifically contextualize medical and field insights, and contribute them systematically to the medical strategy • Support the introduction of innovative treatment options from a medical-scientific perspective • Initiate and manage medical-scientific projects • Support clinical studies, research activities, and collaboration with selected centers • Plan medical education activities, scientific presentations, advisory boards, and other scientific exchange formats • Represent AbbVie at medical congresses • Work closely with Medical colleagues and relevant in-field functions • Maintain medical independence and comply with all applicable requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree in medicine or natural sciences • Doctorate/PhD is an advantage • Ideally, professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in Medical Affairs as a Medical Science Liaison • Scientific expertise in oncology, hemato-oncology, or solid tumors is an advantage • Ability to critically assess complex clinical data and communicate it clearly • Experience implementing scientific projects • Confident communication in clinical, scientific, and cross-functional environments • Fluent communication skills in German and English • Willingness to travel • Independent, structured, and strategic approach to work
