📋 Description

• Create, build, and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies • Manage talent attraction strategies to recruit key talent for talent gaps • Build talent pipelines, success profiles, and talent communities • Use recruitment and social media systems and platforms to create efficient stakeholder experiences • Advise stakeholders using market analysis and industry research to inform sourcing strategies • Partner with stakeholders to build talent pipelines ahead of gaps and vacancies • Develop sourcing strategies targeting critical, high-level talent in competitive markets • Leverage talent market intelligence, LinkedIn Insights, SeekOut, and historical ATS candidate-fill data • Provide recommendations to business leaders, Recruiters, and Business HR • Build strategic talent networks through external partnerships, conferences, and industry engagement • Develop expertise in functions, culture, and role responsibilities and present AbbVie's Employee Value Proposition using Smart Recruiters CRM • Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, social media, LinkedIn, and industry directories • Prescreen candidates and present them to hiring managers and recruiting teams using Talent Acquisition platforms • Nurture professional pipelines and keep talent engaged as roles are posted • Provide updates and reporting on critical roles and sourcing activities • Develop partnerships with Recruiters and candidates to build a qualified candidate bench • Partner with business leaders, Recruiters, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and Business HR • Gather data on competition, market conditions, and trends affecting hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Extensive experience in a strategic sourcing role • Contingent and/or retained search knowledge, preferably in pharmaceutical operations/manufacturing • Ability to lead and influence others • Progressive CRM experience preferred • Experience in successful screening, initial contact, prescreening, and interviewing, including in-depth phone and face-to-face interviews • Ability to create and execute talent strategy for critical roles • Understanding of lead generation techniques such as internet mining • Experience utilizing innovative search techniques for talent mapping/name generation, preferably SeekOut or LinkedIn Insights • Team player with flexibility, high integrity, strong negotiating and influencing skills • Consistent track record of delivering results despite challenges or obstacles • Entrepreneurial spirit and high pro-activeness to drive performance • Ability to perform at a high level in environments with substantial autonomy
