📋 Description

• Work with product and design teams to determine solutions meeting client and end-user needs • Manage development and deployment of software platforms • Produce high-quality, scalable, and optimized solutions • Guide and coach direct reports in their career development • Leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate coding and automate repetitive tasks • Lead end-to-end design and development of web and mobile applications • Implement robust and scalable solutions using React, React Native, Node.js, and other programming languages • Design, implement, and optimize scalable databases • Ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate requirements into development tasks • Architect modular, scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions • Lead code reviews and mentor engineers • Drive adoption of new techniques, tools, and practices • Communicate with clients, align expectations, and provide technical guidance • Support direct reports through coaching, mentorship, and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience building and delivering product-centric software solutions • Strong understanding of modern web and mobile application development paradigms • Strong full-stack knowledge • Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization • AI driven development • Experience managing direct reports • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools • Experience with cloud deployment and management • Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken
