📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of web and mobile applications • Implement high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions using programming languages such as React, React Native, and Node.js • Design, implement, and optimize scalable databases • Ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure timely delivery • Architect modular, scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions aligned with industry best practices and standards • Lead code review sessions and mentor engineers • Stay current with full-stack development trends and technologies • Drive adoption of new techniques, tools, and practices to improve systems and processes • Communicate with clients to align expectations and provide technical guidance

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience • Strong understanding of modern web and mobile application development paradigms • Strong full-stack knowledge • Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools • Familiarity with cloud deployment and management is a plus • Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken
