📋 Description

• Provide sales reporting and verify Salesforce data for accurate commission calculations • Ensure timely and robust reporting of sales performance from Salesforce • Maintain accurate contract pipeline information in Salesforce • Reconcile Salesforce with contract order forms after contracts are won • Maintain gross margin and profitability data in Salesforce to support accurate commission payments • Validate commission payments and support commission calculations for new contract wins • Continuously improve reporting to meet changing business and stakeholder needs • Identify and implement automation and process simplification opportunities • Review, redesign, and restructure processes and reports • Support investigations of internal audit findings, implement corrective actions, and monitor compliance • Participate in process and system improvement initiatives with key stakeholders • Ensure compliance with company policies, external regulations, and statutory requirements • Provide other matters and reporting as required by management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce reporting and data maintenance • Experience reconciling Salesforce data with contract order forms • Knowledge of gross margin and profitability data • Ability to validate and calculate commission payments • Ability to improve, redesign, and restructure processes and reports • Ability to identify and implement automation and simplification opportunities • Experience supporting internal audit findings and implementing corrective actions • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and external regulations • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders • Full-time availability • Willingness to work under a permanent contract
