📋 Description

• Support the Finance Senior Manager in producing accurate and timely financial information • Perform journal entries and ensure supporting documentation correspondence • Support day-to-day accounting and period-end procedures • Prepare and compile information for external audits • Provide supporting documents and resolve accounting issues and transaction discrepancies • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks • Prepare financial and administrative reports • Maintain the contract database • Prepare cash reporting and bank reconciliations • Maintain, update, and document internal controls and the financial procedures manual • Support preparation and execution of electronic banking payments • Administer the travel and expense management platform • Support wider finance and operational tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Professional education in finance, accounting, or economics at least Bachelor level • Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience • Thorough understanding of accounting administration • Proven accounting and analytical skills • Experience with finance software, including ERPs and Microsoft Excel • Experience with Business Central • Detail orientation and high level of accuracy • Experience collaborating with colleagues, suppliers, or stakeholders across countries and cultures • Ability to adapt communication styles and coordinate work across time zones • Ability to set priorities while remaining flexible and stakeholder-oriented • Clear interaction and communication skills • Ability to work in a team and independently, taking ownership of processes • Fluency in English, minimum C1 on the CEFR scale • Ability to deliver high-quality service • Ability to work in an international and multicultural setting • Affinity with GRI’s mission • Legally authorized to work in the country of application and possess a valid work permit • Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, on an initial one-year contract
