📋 Description

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality • Test software for validation and accuracy against defined criteria • Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance, and other testing types • Record detailed documentation of feature behavior • Record test pass/fail conditions and correlate failures to bug identification • Identify and escalate risks to product or process quality • Collaborate with the product team throughout the SDLC and product release cycles • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback into the testing strategy • Participate in refinement and effort estimations for accurate planning • Use GitHub to maintain automation repositories, run custom scripts, and facilitate automated quality practices • Participate in an on-call rotation • Ensure the high quality of software releases and continuously improve testing processes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role • 7+ years of experience in automated testing • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Gherkin, SQL, and Ruby-on-Rails • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest/Puppeteer, Playwright, Postman, Jmeter, or another object-oriented based automated testing framework • Experience with GitHub Actions, Lambdatest, Sendgrid, Datadog, and PagerDuty • Understanding of quality management systems and quality control processes • Background in data-based testing and/or security-based testing • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Mindset focused on holistic quality • Availability to work remotely from 4:30pm–1:30am IST to support a US customer • Participation in an on-call rotation
