📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable APIs (gRPC and REST) • Drive microservices from requirements gathering, architecture, implementation through deployment • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and other teams for feature requests • Establish and promote best practices including code reviews and automated testing • Ensure compliance and security in the financial and insurance sector • Monitor and improve service reliability, performance, and cost

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience • 3+ years working with Golang in production • Proven track record designing and evolving gRPC and REST-based APIs at scale • Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud-native patterns • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and modern DevOps workflows • Experience with PostgreSQL and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) • Strong problem-solving skills • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity • Excellent English communication skills
