📋 Description

• Design and build high-performance services: Develop and maintain scalable APIs (gRPC and REST). • Own end-to-end delivery: Drive microservices from requirements gathering to deployment and operational support. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, DevOps, and other teams to translate feature requests into technical solutions. • Champion engineering excellence: Establish and promote best practices including code reviews, automated testing, observability, and CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure compliance and security: Adhere to security policies, coding standards, and regulatory requirements. • Optimize for production: Monitor and improve service reliability, performance, and cost in production environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience, with 3+ years working with Golang in production • Proven track record designing and evolving gRPC and REST-based APIs at scale • Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud-native patterns • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and modern DevOps workflows • Experience with PostgreSQL and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent English communication skills. • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making. • Ability to use AI tools responsibly.
