📋 Description
• Act as the key link between business experts and technical teams • Define and articulate product objectives, scope, and constraints • Contribute to backlog prioritization, write user stories and acceptance criteria • Analyze, model, and optimize business processes • Design and execute regression testing strategies • Facilitate communication across stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver clear updates • Encourage best practices and support continuous learning • Coach and guide other Business Analysts
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments • Strong understanding of business context and ability to translate it into technical requirements • Experience in the Insurance industry • Proven experience working in Agile environments • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar • Knowledge of databases and hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL • Good understanding of SDLC and process modelling techniques • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Fluency in German and English • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making • Ability to use AI tools responsibly and critically validate outputs
