🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of backend development experience • 5+ years working with Golang in production • Proven track record designing and evolving gRPC and REST-based APIs at scale • Expert-level understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) • Strong experience with PostgreSQL and message queues (e.g., Kafka) • Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers • Excellent English communication skills
