📋 Description

• Design and develop business applications using SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and TypeScript • Create intuitive web parts, extensions, and custom solutions across Microsoft 365 environments • Integrate Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Entra ID, and Azure services • Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with engineering standards and best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Share knowledge within the Microsoft 365 community • Mentor colleagues • Explore emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered development tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing solutions with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) • Advanced German and English language skills, both written and spoken • Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services through Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST APIs • Understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, governance, and information architecture • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, or API Management • Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices • Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders • Strong communication and consultancy skills • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes • Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result • Nice to have: Azure Logic Apps • Nice to have: Infrastructure as Code concepts • Nice to have: Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and Agents • Nice to have: Microsoft certifications such as MS-600, MS-900, AZ-204, or PL-900
