📋 Description

• Contribute to the economic success of Accountable Banking • Optimize workflows supporting Accountable Banking's success • Support the design of internal and external processes • Communicate directly with Accountable Banking customers in Dutch, French, and English • Act as an interface between users and the banking partner • Develop and implement user communication concepts • Collaborate with colleagues in Berlin and Brussels on user communication • Assist with testing to improve user journeys in the mobile and web app • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure an excellent customer journey

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or training, or relevant professional experience • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English • Perfect command of written and spoken French, Dutch, and English • Strong communication skills and empathy • Hands-on mentality, initiative, motivation, and results-oriented thinking • Interest in self-employment and related topics • Ideally, experience in self-employment-related areas • Willingness to work in a growing, highly motivated start-up • Ability to contribute actively to the company
