📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve production-grade multi-agent AI systems for live customer support at scale • Lead or participate in client workshops to map support processes into executable agent procedures • Implement and test integrations with Zendesk, Intercom, Shopify, and internal CRMs • Monitor performance and debug live environments • Keep deployed agents reliable and safe • Document solutions clearly and explain technical details to clients and internal teams • Collaborate with the GTM team to align technical delivery with customer business goals • Share implementation insights that help win new customers • Build and launch multi-agent orchestrations automating refunds, order status, delivery questions, and other customer issues • Explain system logic to customers, coordinate maintenance, and plan improvements using live performance data • Participate in customer integration strategy sessions and share best practices for future rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish • Strong written and spoken English • Strong logical and analytical thinking • Experience building technical projects or digital products using code, no-code, AI, or other tooling • Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable working directly with business customers • Self-directed mindset, strong ownership, and bias for action • Ability to read and write clear, logical code in Python, JavaScript, or similar (preferred) • Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier (preferred) • Knowledge of APIs and integrations with enterprise platforms (preferred) • Experience in customer support or service operations (preferred) • Interest in AI and agent orchestration (preferred) • Other CEE languages such as Latvian, Estonian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, or Romanian (preferred)
