📋 Description
• Deeply understand the client's segment and market positioning; • Understand the profile of the employees who will participate in the trainings; • Deepen knowledge of the topics to be covered; • Co-design the training content journey; • Develop and customize trainings using examples and case studies you master, preferably relevant to the client's business area; • Conduct alignments, validations, and debriefings with the client and the ACE team; • Facilitate the trainings.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Broad expertise in topics related to innovation, entrepreneurship, and business; • Content curation skills, especially on innovation, entrepreneurship, career, and business topics; • Aesthetic sensibility to adhere to the visual standards of the trainings and provided materials; • Multimedia proficiency — skilled in tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Mentimeter (Menti), and Miro; • Workshop facilitation skills.
