📋 Description

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s industry segment and market activities • Understand the profile of the employees participating in the training sessions • Develop a deep understanding of the topics covered • Co-create the training content journey • Develop and customize training sessions using relevant examples and case studies, preferably related to the client’s industry • Conduct alignment meetings, validation sessions, and debriefings with the client and the ACE team • Facilitate training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent writing and public-speaking skills • Broad knowledge of innovation, entrepreneurship, and business topics • Content curation skills, particularly in innovation, entrepreneurship, career development, and business • Aesthetic awareness to follow the visual standards of the training sessions and materials provided • Multimedia skills and proficiency with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Menti, and Miro • Experience or demonstrated ability in workshop facilitation • Self-accountability • Communication skills • Team spirit • Ability to mobilize people • Strategic networking • Scientific thinking • Strategic vision
