📋 Description

• Independently support NetSuite, ensuring the system’s operational continuity • Handle Level 2/3 incidents and requests, performing root cause analysis and proposing solutions • Carry out small-scale functional enhancements and configuration changes across NetSuite modules • Document solutions, procedures, and support evidence, including ticket records and runbooks • Monitor open tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and proactive communication with clients • Identify recurring incident patterns and propose preventive improvements • Support key users with operational questions and provide targeted guidance on system usage

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience with NetSuite, either in application support or implementing enhancements • Strong knowledge of NetSuite’s core modules: Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, and Tax • Strong knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Brazil Localization • Experience providing functional support, including incident analysis, prioritization, and SLA management • Analytical, organized, and deadline-oriented approach to service delivery • Completed bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
