• Handle incidents and support requests (level 2/3), performing root cause analysis and proposing effective solutions. • Execute small implementations of functional improvements and configurations within NetSuite modules. • Document solutions, procedures, and support evidence (ticket records, runbooks). • Monitor and follow up on open tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and proactive communication with the client. • Identify patterns of recurring incidents and propose preventive improvements. • Support key users with operational questions and provide targeted usage guidance.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (support or implementing improvements). • Proficiency in core NetSuite modules (Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, and Tax/Fiscal). • Proficiency with Oracle NetSuite Brazil Localization. • Experience providing functional support (incident analysis, prioritization, SLA management). • Analytical, organized, and deadline-oriented with respect to service levels. • Completed bachelor's degree or technologist degree in systems, business administration, accounting, or related fields.
