📋 Description

• Own customer and business outcomes end-to-end across projects, initiatives, and pods • Frame problems, design solutions, ship products, and own relevant metrics • Descope work to the cheapest viable version and prototype quickly • Stay close to customers by shadowing sales and support and joining advisory conversations • Propose what to build, defer, or discontinue • Own domain interfaces, reliability, performance, security, and on-call responsibilities • Build and scale React product interfaces, Node.js and Python services, APIs, cloud batch platforms, and data pipelines • Maintain reliable multi-tenant products and data solutions at scale • Build AI-assisted workflows and identify AI-enabled product opportunities • Mentor teams on judgment and product sense • Write decision memos and architecture decision records • Enable Product and Design teams to self-serve • Act as a player-coach Tech Lead while reporting to an Engineering Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of shipping something end-to-end and owning the outcome • Product judgment, including pushing back on bad specifications, proposing low-cost experiments, and descoping effectively • Ability to embed with unfamiliar teams and codebases and become productive quickly • Deep full-stack expertise with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern CSS, Node.js, Python, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous data handling • AWS experience with Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway • Experience with cloud batch/workflow orchestration such as Step Functions or Airflow • Strong UI/UX judgment and ability to create intuitive, accessible user journeys • Systems design judgment in ambiguous contexts • Security mindset for sensitive consumer data and compliance • Experience building AI-assisted workflows and critically reviewing AI output • Daily use of AI-native tools such as Cursor and Claude Code • Precise prompting across OpenAI and Claude models • Clear written and verbal communication • Mentorship experience • Legal authorization to work in Romania is requested in the application
