📋 Description

• Work on AI integrations for Acumatica, specifically building a chat interface that embeds AI into everyday work for Acumatica users • Focus on complex API integrations and UI design for B2B/ERP systems • Engage with product managers and support team to identify and elaborate business needs • Analyze competitors' solutions and track new technologies, products, and features in the ERP area • Work with software developers, product managers, and fellow analysts to understand technical concepts and translate business needs into technical requirements, including multiple integrations • Evaluate information from multiple sources; analyze, test, and document functionality when necessary for design work • Structure information and write functional design specifications and technical requirements • Collaborate with software developers and QA engineers during programming, debugging, and testing of new or enhanced functionality • Perform acceptance testing and report bugs • Troubleshoot customers' issues and propose solutions • Demonstrate features and enhancements to technical and less technical audiences and manage feedback • Cooperate with product managers to help elaborate the product backlog

🎯 Requirements

• Higher technical education in computer systems, systems and networks; information systems and technologies, system analysis and management, computational mathematics and informatics • 10+ years of experience in system analysis, software design and development of functional specifications • 10+ years of experience in business software development industry • Previous experience working as a Software Developer, Programming Analyst or other coding related work is a strong advantage • Understanding of software design principles, software engineering processes, software product lifecycle • User empathy, ability to model user behavior and see flaws in the running application • System thinking and ability to manage complexity at different levels • Ability to structure large amounts of information, decompose objects and processes, synthesize solutions, do impact analysis of the changes • Strong technical writing and technical communication skills • Business analysis experience for complex business products (similar to ERP) and products with a continuous life cycle and maintenance would be a plus • C# .NET experience would be a plus • Experience with microservices or cloud services integration • Professional knowledge of English is mandatory • Russian would be a plus
