📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain intelligent automations and AI-driven backend integrations across the AdAstraConnect platform • Design, test, and deploy AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs • Build, test, and maintain Python automation scripts, APIs, and cloud functions • Collaborate on backend logic, API integrations, and data flows supporting AI models and automation services • Assist with rapid prototyping of AI-driven features, tools, and integrations for translation, reporting, and client operations • Support deployment and monitoring of AI and automation systems in AWS or similar cloud environments • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and SQL reports • Continuously improve data processes and methodologies • Undertake other duties as directed by upper leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in AI or a similar role • Experience implementing LLMs, chatbot frameworks, or AI-based automations in production • Familiarity with data pipelines, SQL, and API-based integrations • Strong proficiency in Python, including requests, asyncio, pydantic, LangGraph, and FastAPI • Experience with ETL processes using SQL and APIs • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and service integrations • Understanding of MLOps pipelines and Docker • Proficiency in written and spoken English • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks • Organization and project management skills • Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a global SaaS context • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
