📋 Description

• Lead and improve the SDR team's day-to-day performance • Build and refine outbound processes, including prospecting, cold calling, qualification, and handoffs • Coach SDRs on messaging, objection handling, call quality, and conversion • Define KPIs, workflows, and accountability systems • Test outreach strategies and analyze performance • Build a repeatable outbound playbook that can scale

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and managing outbound sales or SDR teams • Hands-on expertise in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and SDR workflows • Track record of improving team performance and generating qualified pipeline • Strong coaching skills and a data-driven approach to sales execution • Ability to build processes that work in practice, not just on paper • Experience with Amazon agencies, e-commerce services, or B2B service businesses is a bonus
