Adapty helps developers, marketers, and app owners integrate and manage subscriptions quickly without server code, optimize paywalls and pricing, run experiments, and sync purchase events to other services. It targets indie apps, startups, publishers, and enterprises and emphasizes high reliability, SOC2-level security, and customer support.

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of 30–40 clients as the main point of contact accountable for retention, health, and growth • Onboard new clients after Sales handoff, guide integration, help build initial funnels and paywalls, and launch campaigns • Audit client use of Adapty, identify underused features, drive full adoption, and address at-risk accounts • Run paywall and user acquisition analyses and recommend concrete A/B tests to increase subscription revenue • Identify expansion opportunities across the product line and close cross-sell deals • Gather and relay customer feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the product team and follow up on critical issues • Answer detailed technical questions and support complex use cases • Spend time in analytics dashboards and strategic client conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions • Full-cycle mobile growth background, ideally including user acquisition, funnel optimization, monetization, and A/B testing • Fluent English, written and spoken • Comfortable with sales, commercial conversations, expansion, and closing • Strong communication skills and ability to hold strategic conversations with founders or growth leads • Independent and proactive account ownership • Working knowledge of Amplitude, Meta Ads, and creative testing (nice to have) • Track record of measurable account expansion or upsell in a previous Customer Success role (nice to have) • Familiarity with support/CRM tools (nice to have)
