📋 Description

• Support leaders with day-to-day tasks, ensuring compliance with municipal and state tax obligations in accordance with current legislation. • Liaise with tax authorities for inquiries, regularization of outstanding issues and problem resolution, as well as interpret legislation and advise the team. • Provide technical support to internal departments, assist with audits and inspections by supplying documents and information, and propose process improvements in coordination with IT. • Stay up to date on legal changes, train new employees, organize digital files, and perform related duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of municipal, state, and federal tax legislation • Familiarity with tax department routines • Basic accounting knowledge • System knowledge: Mastersaf, GB, Opera, OnBase, Sênior • Microsoft Office: Intermediate • Basic English • Minimum education: Technical course (completed)
