📋 Description
• Support leaders with daily tasks and requests • Ensure compliance with municipal and state tax obligations in accordance with applicable legislation • Liaise with tax authorities for inquiries, resolution of outstanding issues, and problem solving • Interpret legislation and provide guidance to the team • Provide technical support to internal departments • Support audits and inspections by supplying required documents and information • Propose process improvements in coordination with the IT area • Stay up to date on legal and regulatory changes • Train new team members • Organize digital files and perform related duties as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of municipal, state and federal legislation • Familiarity with tax department routines and processes • Basic accounting knowledge • System experience with MasterSaf, GB, Opera, OnBase and Senior • Microsoft Office: Intermediate level • Basic English • Minimum education: Completed technical course (technical diploma)
