âą Provide customer service via phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp âą Log and track support tickets in the system âą Answer questions and provide support with orders, exchanges, and payments âą Escalate inquiries to the appropriate departments âą Handle complaints and work toward solutions âą Assist with customer satisfaction surveys and process improvement

âą High school diploma required (proof of completion required) âą Must be at least 18 years old âą Professional experience: No experience required âą Availability to work from 7:40 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 8:20 p.m., Monday through Saturday
