📋 Description
• Support both the talent sourcing and business development sides of our work • Help build and manage client relationships while finding the right candidates for open roles • Manage social media channels and help shape brand voice
🎯 Requirements
• 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or a related field (internship experience counts) • Strong communication and people skills • A self-starter with good organizational and multitasking abilities • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media tools • Creative eye for content creation (Canva or similar tools a plus) • Passion for talent, startups, and growing something from scratch
