• Support and manage a remote, international team of 25+ consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Partner with Business Development to qualify incoming cases and strategically allocate them based on consultant expertise and capacity. • Oversee the entire grant writing process from inception to submission, implementing robust QC measures for all deliverables. • Drive professional growth through active mentorship, training, and constructive feedback loops. • Monitor workflows to ensure strict compliance with Horizon Europe requirements and internal best practices. • Act as the primary "Fixer," stepping in directly to solve technical or narrative roadblocks under tight deadlines.
• Minimum of 10 years in an operational leadership role, with a strong track record in public fundraising, grant writing, or innovation consultancy (Horizon Europe/H2020). • Proven ability to manage and develop large, distributed teams of high-level professionals. • Strong expertise in lead qualification, contract negotiation, and high-level decision-making. • MSc, MBA, or PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a STEM field. • C1/C2 level in English is mandatory.
