📋 Description

• Guide and support development teams in implementing integrations and API platforms within customer environments • Contribute to design-first approaches in API and event design • Support the development and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines and automation • Contribute to testing strategies, particularly contract testing and integration testing • Work directly with teams through pair programming, pair design, workshops, training sessions, code reviews, and technical sparring • Establish API standards, guidelines, reusable components, and self-service platforms • Ensure API quality and consistent development practices • Expand your own API expertise through structured learning, practical experience, and knowledge sharing within the team • Combine technical implementation, knowledge transfer, and close collaboration with teams • Collaborate with project leads, product owners, business analysts, security engineers, operations teams, and testing teams

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally with a focus on automation or integration • Strong knowledge of an object-oriented programming language and common frameworks, such as Java and Spring Boot • Knowledge of CI/CD and modern development practices • Willingness to actively and systematically learn API-specific topics such as API design, API management, OpenAPI, and AsyncAPI; basic knowledge is required, while advanced knowledge is not essential • Experience in software testing, such as contract testing and test pyramids • Enjoy sharing knowledge, supporting teams, and designing training sessions • Willingness to take responsibility for teams, actively shape initiatives, and empower others • Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, practical manner • Structured, pragmatic, and collaborative working style • Fluent German, both spoken and written (C2) • English at C1 level
