📋 Description

• Help customers evolve their environments faster and continuously • Automate build and deployment processes, particularly GitOps with ArgoCD/Flux and CI/CD • Implement and optimize complex, multi-layered environments with diverse technology stacks • Implement tools from the CNCF Landscape • Manage servers, networks, and cloud resources declaratively using Infrastructure as Code • Containerize applications and deploy them on Kubernetes or similar platforms • Implement scaling and rollout strategies • Contribute your own ideas within a tribe organization and continue developing your expertise • Collaborate with partners and internal teams in a Community of Practice

🎯 Requirements

• Training as an IT specialist in application development and/or a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification • Fluent German, both spoken and written (C1) • English language skills are an advantage • At least 3 years of professional experience in DevOps or a comparable role • Knowledge of at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, StackIT) • Solid knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) • Experience automating infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, OpenTofu) and configuration management (Ansible) • Experience designing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) • Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, or another)
