📋 Description

• Embed directly with the client's operational team to identify workflows costing time, quality, or money • Redesign decision flows and handoffs around AI and take the resulting system into production • Translate cross-functional business problems into executable technical plans • Prototype quickly to demonstrate possibilities and build only the production-required components • Build agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or custom data pipelines when required by the workflow • Manage stakeholder alignment across the client's organization and escalate blockers early • Pair with the client's team, explain decisions, and enable them to operate and improve the system • Build telemetry, evaluation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop review feedback loops • Create reusable production patterns, infrastructure, and governance for future engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience taking AI systems from prototype to production inside a real operating environment, not just in a lab or sandbox • Strong and current proficiency with LLM/RAG architectures, agentic systems, cloud platforms, and data pipelines • Comfort mapping partly undocumented decision logic • Judgment about where automation should stop and human accountability should start • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Ability to advise a client directly and escalate without being asked
