📋 Description

• You are responsible for designing, managing, and continuously developing campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Search Ads 360) and Microsoft Advertising for your own clients. • Your core expertise includes evaluating and strategically planning performance advertising campaigns, including the interplay of budget, platform, targeting, creatives, and ad copywriting. • You prepare regular reports and campaign analyses, assess the outcomes of your actions, and derive actionable recommendations. • With a focus on the agreed objectives, you ensure campaign quality control and find operational solutions to a wide range of challenges. • You maintain continuous, personal communication with your clients. • Delivering workshops for employees and clients is a welcome change of pace for you.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least three years of professional experience in SEA / Google Ads. • You are a proficient Google Ads user and ideally already certified as a Google Advertising Professional. • Your numerical aptitude and analytical working style make it easy for you to capture relevant metrics and derive effective measures accordingly. • You have solid knowledge of common SEA tools and platform technologies (in particular Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and preferably Google Tag Manager) and you enjoy learning new things. • You have strong MS Excel skills. • You have excellent German language skills (native level or Goethe Certificate C2). • You work in a structured, sustainable way and have a high level of self-discipline. • You are solution-oriented and not deterred by more complex client questions. • Agency experience is desirable but not required. • Ideally, you have already gained experience with both B2B and B2C clients.
