📋 Description
• Planning, design and execution of building services (TGA) projects • Preliminary, design and construction-phase planning in the area of heating, cooling, ventilation and sanitary (HKLS) • Leading planning meetings • Technical coordination meetings and coordination with clients, architects, authorities and specialist planners from involved trades • Preparation of drawings, specifications (LV) and tender documents; performing calculations
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in building services engineering or supply engineering (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) • Professional experience in building services/supply engineering (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing) • Familiarity with VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and the various HOAI fee phases • Good Revit skills and ideally experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) • Very good German and English language skills • Affinity for AI tools and a willingness to continuously learn new AI technologies; experience with AI-assisted applications is an advantage
