📋 Description

• Independently manage controlling tasks across active projects • Perform monthly and quarterly controlling routines: data collection, plausibility checks, and report updates • Own and further develop financial templates and reporting frameworks • Monitor actuals vs. budget across projects • Lead the financial handover process at the transition from financial planning phase to active project start • Prepare and maintain all controlling-side documentation for public and private funding across projects • Conduct ongoing project controlling for active development titles

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting • Solid understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, cost accounting, and cashflow planning • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize without close supervision • Solid Excel skills (also without AI) • Comfortable building clean calculation structures from scratch • Strong attention to detail • Experienced in communicating financial results and risks clearly to non-finance stakeholders and management
