📋 Description

• Responsible for handling all commercial matters for our fiber optic expansion project(s) in the North Rhine-Westphalia region • Interface between technical management, sales administration and controlling teams • Provide advice on financial project data • Monthly monitoring of client project activities • Determine project margins and communicate them to our Finance Manager/Business Controller • Prepare KPIs and metrics for monthly reporting • Analyze budgets and reassess cost estimates in cooperation with project managers/site managers • Organize monthly project review meetings for various management bodies • Track and monitor overall project budgets against defined targets • Support the continuous optimization and further development of processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on Controlling or Accounting • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in project controlling, ideally with infrastructure projects; knowledge of risk and claims management is desirable • Flexible and willing to support other tasks within the commercial area • Practical experience with various project controlling tools and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Ideally, experience with ERP systems • Good written and spoken German and English
