📋 Description

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks, deliver them in multiple phases, and collaborate to ensure timely delivery • Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics during ideation and product development • Articulate technical constraints and partner on decisions involving risks and trade-offs • Create and monitor metrics for team artifacts • Escalate operational issues when needed • Support keep-the-lights-on and on-call efforts • Participate in growth and development activities, including the interview process

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems • Proficiency in Python or Kotlin • Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue • Experience developing and architecting mobile applications is a bonus, preferably using React Native • Comfortable navigating a large code base • Ability to debug others' code • Experience providing feedback through code reviews • Ability to turn business scenarios into solutions interacting with multiple software components • Ability to write clear, well-tested, extensible code • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with a global engineering team
