📋 Description

• Consult directly with international clients. • Design and sell tailor-made Kenya safari itineraries. • Advise clients on Kenya's safari regions, lodges, wildlife and experiences. • Help clients understand seasonal differences and safari opportunities. • Prepare and present quotations and itineraries. • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to booking. • Build long-term client relationships. • Handle objections and confidently close high-value bookings. • Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance itineraries. • Maintain current knowledge of Kenya's properties and experiences. • Maintain accurate CRM records. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's proven experience in direct B2C sales to clients. • Professional Kenya safari or Kenya-focused luxury travel experience is essential. • Strong practical knowledge of Kenya as a safari destination. • Experience selling luxury safari or African travel. • Proven ability to consult, upsell and close high-value bookings. • Strong knowledge of Kenya's major safari regions, properties and experiences. • Excellent communication and client relationship skills. • CRM experience. • Strong organisation and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • Genuine passion for safari, wildlife and African travel. • Candidates without relevant professional Kenya experience and at least 1 year of direct B2C sales experience will not be considered.
