📋 Description

• Consult directly with clients. • Design and sell tailor-made Namibia itineraries. • Advise clients on Namibia's destinations, lodges, camps and experiences. • Explain regional differences, logistics and travel options. • Prepare detailed quotations and itineraries. • Manage the client journey from enquiry to booking. • Build long-term client relationships. • Handle objections and close high-value bookings. • Identify upselling opportunities. • Maintain current Namibia destination knowledge. • Maintain accurate CRM records. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's proven experience in direct B2C sales to clients. • Professional Namibia luxury travel or safari experience is essential. • Strong practical knowledge of Namibia. • Experience selling luxury African travel. • Proven ability to consult, upsell and close high-value bookings. • Strong knowledge of Namibia's key destinations and properties. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • CRM experience. • Strong organisation and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • Genuine passion for Namibia, travel and Africa. • Candidates without relevant professional Namibia experience and at least 1 year of direct B2C sales experience will not be considered.
