📋 Description

• Consult directly with international clients. • Design and sell tailor-made South African travel itineraries. • Advise clients on destinations, lodges, hotels, experiences and logistics. • Combine different regions into seamless itineraries. • Prepare and present detailed quotations and itineraries. • Manage clients from initial enquiry through to booking. • Build long-term client relationships. • Handle objections and close high-value bookings. • Identify upselling opportunities. • Maintain current knowledge of South African properties and experiences. • Maintain accurate CRM information. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's proven experience in direct B2C sales to clients. • Professional South Africa luxury travel and/or safari sales experience is essential. • Strong practical knowledge of South Africa as a luxury travel destination. • Experience selling high-value travel. • Proven ability to consult, upsell and close bookings. • Strong destination and product knowledge. • Excellent communication and client relationship skills. • CRM experience. • Strong organisation and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • Genuine passion for South Africa, travel and safari. • Candidates must have relevant professional South African travel experience and at least 1 year of direct B2C sales experience.
