📋 Description

• Create content plans for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. • Develop captions, post ideas, video scripts, and story suggestions. • Organize editorial calendars. • Track basic metrics and suggest content improvements. • Participate in internal alignment meetings. • Support client acquisition, briefing, and organization activities. • Ensure content aligns with each brand’s positioning. • Work with the Agência Segundo team on recurring client requests. • Participate in the planning, creation, and monitoring of content.

• Strong writing skills. • Excellent organization and reliability in meeting deadlines. • Knowledge of social media platforms. • Creativity to develop content beyond the obvious. • Understanding of branding, positioning, and digital marketing. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Willingness to learn and grow. • Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist (preferred). • Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools (preferred). • Understanding of paid traffic, sales funnels, and artificial intelligence (preferred). • Experience working with clients from different industries (preferred).
