📋 Description

• Structure an editorial calendar aligned with the funnel, product, and goals. • Distribute content across awareness, authority, and conversion stages. • Create strategic content series (e.g., Netflix-style formats). • Identify trending topics and timing opportunities. • Ensure narrative consistency and a premium positioning. • Develop a plan to grow qualified followers. • Work on retention, brand perception, and authority. • Integrate organic content with strategic paid promotion. • Monitor weekly growth and adjust the strategy accordingly. • Write strategic content for LinkedIn and Instagram. • Develop scripts for videos, webinars, and campaigns. • Create copy for pages and funnels/flows. • Focus on retention, clarity, and conversion. • Design visual assets for social media. • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts). • Organize and publish content. • Ensure visual and textual standards are aligned with the brand. • Monitor retention and engagement metrics. • Adjust the content plan based on performance. • Collaborate with the traffic/ads team for strategic boosting.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. • Proficiency in tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, CapCut, Etus, Facebook, Analytics. • Experience working in a marketing agency. • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist. • Portfolio including: strategic content, scripts, and video editing. • Solid knowledge of the funnel (Top, Middle and Bottom). • Ability to structure an editorial calendar with revenue objectives. • Excellent written Portuguese. • Intermediate to advanced English. • B2B experience is a plus.
