📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding of new clients and ensure their transition is organized and frictionless. • Manage client service tasks, including deadlines, quality, responsibilities, and timelines. • Prepare briefs for requests and route them to the appropriate teams. • Independently develop tactical plans and digital marketing strategies for assigned accounts. • Maintain proactive communication with clients, track results, and turn reports into strategic conversations. • Monitor engagement, satisfaction, and performance metrics. • Identify service issues before clients need to raise complaints. • Manage client relationships from onboarding through renewal.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working at digital marketing agencies. • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing for B2B companies, as well as client service or Customer Success. • Technical knowledge in at least two of the following areas: marketing automation, Inbound Marketing, SEO, content, or paid media. • Experience with project and task management tools. • Proficiency with Google Workspace in day-to-day work, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. • Ability to plan campaigns and create automation and lead-nurturing workflows in RD Station or a similar platform. • Clear communication skills with both clients and internal teams. • Experience using AI in day-to-day work, especially Claude. • Experience working with B2B clients, particularly industrial companies, is a plus. • Familiarity with RD Station, HubSpot, and similar platforms is a plus. • Digital marketing certifications are a plus.
