• Completed three-year vocational training in nursing, for example as a registered nurse, healthcare and nursing professional, or geriatric nurse • Required qualification to work as a Head of Nursing Services (PDL) • Sound knowledge of care and support services, as well as ensuring quality standards • Structured, reliable, and independent working style, combined with enthusiasm for professional responsibility • Good written and spoken German (at least C1 level) • Mobility within the region; company car provided • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region
