📋 Description

• Develop functionality on the ServiceNow platform • Provide Level 3 support for the ServiceNow platform • Collaborate with the global ITSM team and other IT teams within the bank • Introduce required functionality onto the ServiceNow platform through the adopted SDLC process • Script in JavaScript, Jelly, and HTML • Create Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros, and Client Scripts • Perform ServiceNow version upgrades • Suggest appropriate solutions for ad-hoc requirements • Handle performance analytics and custom reporting • Handle client stakeholders directly for techno-functional discussions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer • Experience with CSM • Familiarity with the Scrum methodology • Experience mentoring junior team members • Good working knowledge of GitHub, Flow-JIRA, and GitLab • ServiceNow technical hands-on experience • ServiceNow custom application development and integrations • JavaScript • Jelly • HTML • Ability to create Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros, and Client Scripts • Experience handling client stakeholders directly for techno-functional discussions
