📋 Description

• Provide personalized customer service • Participate in online sales meetings for a range of products • Conduct follow-ups by phone and messaging, focusing on sales performance and customer reactivation • Participate in team meetings and strategic alignment sessions • Re-engage stalled leads in the sales funnel • Generate demand from new customers without relying solely on marketing • Flag sales funnel bottlenecks and issues related to lead quality or volume to the marketing team • Update the CRM daily • Carry out a high volume of follow-up activities • Participate in daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly alignment routines • Work toward challenging targets

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service • Strong active listening skills • Ability to develop narratives for external communications and use the company’s language and communication style • Proactive and able to work independently • Basic knowledge of sales automation and CRM tools • Collaborative mindset, ownership of the process, and a strong drive for results • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-changing environment • Previous experience in consultative or complex sales (a plus) • Experience with online or offline prospecting (a plus) • Fluency in Portuguese (a plus) • Comfortable making phone calls (a plus) • Ability to handle a high volume of demands while maintaining consistency and quality (a plus) • Technical education or high school diploma
