📋 Description

• Provide pre- and post-sales application support for Agilent NovoCyte Flow Cytometry solutions • Partner with the field organization to achieve or exceed sales objectives • Provide technical expertise and contribute to account planning • Support the sales process from opportunity qualification through deal closure • Maintain understanding of the competitive landscape and articulate Agilent’s differentiators • Deliver product demonstrations at customer sites • Drive sales through product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer engagements with the Sales Team • Build customer relationships through pre- and post-sales training and technical support • Capture and communicate customer feedback, enhancement opportunities, and market trends • Serve as subject matter expert for the Flow sales team and resolve technical questions and challenges • Present at conferences and develop and deliver virtual and in-person presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Immunology • A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Flow Cytometry • Previous experience providing technical support to customers is preferred • Experience supporting optical, electrical, or mechanical equipment is preferred • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills • Fluency in German and English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • A valid driver’s license is required • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, with regular weekly travel and overnight stays
