📋 Description

• Supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions • Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products at customer sites • Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems • Performs maintenance and repair services • Advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations • Responds to potential equipment or software issues to prevent interruptions • Collaborates with Agilent teams to provide solutions • May deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars and workshops.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, Food, Environment, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or similar background in life sciences • Expertise in analytical techniques and method development (GC/ HPLC/UHPLC/ MS) • Problem-solving skills, particularly for fixing, applications support and/or general instrument maintenance • Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essential.
