• 顧客先でAgilentのハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク製品を設置・最適化 • 製品の性能問題を診断・解決し、ダウンタイムを最小化 • 予防保守および修理サービスを実施し、運用の安定性を確保 • システム性能を向上させるため、構成やベストプラクティスについて顧客に助言 • 顧客業務の中断を防ぐため、潜在的な機器やソフトウェアの問題に積極的に対応 • サポート、営業、マーケティング、R&Dなどの社内チームと連携し、統合ソリューションを提供 • 技術トレーニングに参加し、知識を同僚や顧客と共有 • 顧客サイトへのアクセスに必要なAgilent承認の認証要件を遵守
🎯 Requirements
• 工学、ライフサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号または修士号 • テクノロジーと顧客サービスへの強い関心 • 技術的な概念を迅速に学び、応用できる能力 • 効果的なコミュニケーション能力と問題解決スキル • 日本国内の顧客先への出張に対応できること
