• Partner with Account Managers to support existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities • Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote tailored solutions, and drive commercial outcomes • Assist with sales processes including quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals • Sales of Analytical instruments, consumables and service contracts • Support telesales and inside sales activities targeting untapped and high-potential accounts • Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to deliver value-added support
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline • Up to 1–2 years of professional experience (including internships, part-time, or graduate roles) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer engagement • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment
• A structured onboarding and training program • Mentorship from experienced Account Managers and leaders • Exposure to end-to-end sales processes in a science-driven industry • A supportive, team-oriented culture that values learning and development • Opportunity to grow into a full Account Management or Inside Sales role over time
