📋 Description

• Manage negotiations and develop business relationships with external Service Supplier companies • Build effective and profitable agreements and transform broad concepts into a structured Strategic Services Suppliers Management Program • Contribute to solution design for local, multinational, and multi-partner projects involving Agilent partnerships with Service Supplier companies • Support program managers with consistent and up-to-date program processes, documentation, training, contracts, and exhibits for Strategic Service Sourcing • Support tactical sourcing for Enterprise Service business • Conduct Service Supplier selection and negotiations to improve Service Level Agreements and financial margins • Analyze supplier performance and conduct regular supplier evaluation reviews • Work with Regional and Country legal/compliance teams to ensure suppliers' legal/compliance practices are current and implemented • Ensure legal compliance and alignment with regional, sub-regional, or country strategy • Contribute to competitive supplier tender events • Work with Service Sales and Project Managers • Maintain service provider services, products, and pricing data • Manage service supplier program processes, documentation, data, contracts, and exhibits in the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. • Typically, at least 1-2+ years relevant experience. • Experience in procurement / supplier management is plus • Fluency in English and Japanese language • Customer focused, solution oriented and business savvy • Great communication skills to interact with many stakeholders • Ability to multitask and work with different projects concurrently • Willingness/ability to travel 25% of the time
