📋 Description

• Own either a substantial piece of a larger financial implementation involving multiple entities, structures, or workflows, or a full, single-entity implementation end-to-end, with minimal oversight • Identify edge cases independently and propose solutions rather than escalating for direction on every issue • Provide guidance to Associates on specific pieces of work • Work closely with the U.S.-based Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams • Surface issues uncovered during testing and implementation • Configure, test, and troubleshoot financial software and implementation workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations • 1+ year experience in the private funds industry as a fund accountant, private funds operations professional, or implementation specialist at a fund administrator, fund manager, or fund management software provider • Demonstrated comfort managing large, complex data sets • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience • Fluent written and spoken English (B2+), with strong communication skills for daily coordination with a U.S.-based team • Track record of implementing, configuring, or rolling out software, systems, or operational processes, ideally with SaaS or cloud-based platforms • Hands-on experience using AI tools to build or support automations • Experience adjusting quickly to evolving workflows, priorities, and tooling • Solid working knowledge of private fund structures and calculations • CPA or equivalent experience
